Margin Rule	(1) In case of buildings of more than 30m height, for every increase in height of 6.7 m. or fraction thereof or addition of two floor, 1m. in the front set back and 0.75 m. in the sides and rear setbacks shall be added {As per Rule No. 37 Table 14 and modified as per Notification from Govt. of Jharkhand 3141 dated 15/05/2017} (2) For Multistoried Building, having Building Height 16.40-19.25 mt.,Margin required in Front shall be 6.5 mt., Rear 4.5 mt. and 4.5 mt. shall be provided on both side. {As per Rule No. 37 Table 14}
PWork to PWork Margin	Reqd Building to Building margin shall be 6 mt. or 1.5 times side setback required for the taller block whichever is high {As per Rule No. 38.1}
Building Level
Building Height	For old area, on Road width above 18.30 mt., No restriction on height and number of floors however it may be regulated by the master plan/development plan/zonal plan {As per Rule No. 39.1 Table 15}
